However... There are a couple of things to be considered:
1. T Graphics must be given a fair chance to amend the design. If after an honest attempt by both parties you are still not receiving satisfactory results then you will not be charged but your designs will be terminated and cannot be used, duplicated or reproduced in any way.
2. All efforts are made to catch mistakes that happen in the design process. Phone numbers, spelling errors, etc... That is why we have the art approval process. Please double check everything carefully. By approving the design you are assuming responsibility that the information contained in the design is correct. After final approval the guarantee will not be applicable as by giving final approval you are stating you are satisfied with the work. That being said if there are ever issues after the fact T Graphics will try very hard to fix the problem to ensure you are satisfied.
