My company is T Graphics...
So, there you are. Formal introductions out of the way.
How are you? I am great.
T Graphics is a local company in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada that was created in 2007 but running full time in 2009. It is owned and operated by Tom Lilly (that's me!). I am the sole designer for T Graphics although I do consult closely with some other industry professionals when the need is there to ensure the client gets exactly what they want.
At T Graphics we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their end results. Here are 7 way that we strive to make sure you are...
1. We Get It Done!
If you need it by a certain time, and we say you'll get it by then... YOU WILL! We'll work with you to meet any deadline as much as we can, even if it's a crazy one! But you have to help us too. We'll communicate back forth quickly to get things turned around as soon as we can when you need it. Just keep in mind not to light the fire under us on every project if possible. (*wink wink)
2. Efficient
We want to make sure you get what you pay for and only pay for what you get. So we charge in 15min intervals so you don't pay an hour for something that only took us 15 minutes. If we get a call about work from another client while working on your stuff the clock switches off too. So you only pay for the time we spend on your work.
3.Cost
We know how valuable your money is. Cause we value ours. So at the risk of repeating ourselves you only pay for what you get. We don't charge a minimum of an hour like a lot of other companies. If we do 15 minutes of work then you pay for 15 minutes of work. Simple as that. Seems fair to us. Also we keep our costs competitive. We try to charge a fair price so that you come back and deal with us again.
4.NO EGO!
Now I know based on some of the stuff you've read through the site that it does seem like we have a little ego. We don't. We're just confident in our work. We hear from our clients all the time about how they will ask for something a certain way and their designer refuses to do it. This concept is foreign to us. I guess they feel it goes against their design integrity or something. Well while we agree to some extent that some things just don't work, if you pay the bills you make the end decision. We may try and advise you along the way but in the end if you want something, you get it.
5. We Listen
What? Yup, we really try and listen to our clients. It's the best way to get things done as far as we are concerned. If we know exactly what you want or how you are feeling about the design as we go it makes things a lot easier. We want open communication throughout the design process. If something isn't working, tell us and we'll fix it.
6. We Guarantee Our Work
Why wouldn't we? Plumbers and other professionals guarantee their work (atleast the good ones do) so why shouldn't designers. We're professionals too. If you can't offer some sort of guarantee to your work then what does that say about your confidence in your work. We want you to be happy with your design because we really want to see you again.
7.We're Friendly
Kind of an odd thing I guess to have on here but it's true. Have you ever called a place and got some cold receptionist or had some employee act like you're wasting their time instead of trying to treat you like the person who pays their bills every month? We have and we don't like it! Plus it's just not in our nature. We want you to always feel welcome to call with your questions or comments. We want you to feel like you're business is appreciated.
